RSSeraph News is a free PHP News System that uses flat files to store data and as such does not require MySQL. With RSSeraph News you can add news (after authentcating yourself with a password), view the archives, and read news. The system also features an RSS feed, a Live Bookmark for Mozilla/Firefox and the layout is fully customisable as the system uses HTML templates. This is a great package for free.

A very dark template in terms of backgrounds and such - the text is bright enough to be easily visible and easy on the eyes.

FREE :: Template - Neolysis

Neolysis is a dark (black and blue) site with white text. Great for gaming and computing sites, but can also suite anything else.

Another in the Ground Zero and Green Zone set. This one is in blue, and is my favourite of the three.

This is a light and colourful template with a header image. Consists mostly of blues and whites, and uses orange hyperlinks.

This is a warm template made with light greens, blues and in-betweens. Comes with a banner, subheaders and footers. Great for personal sites.

This is a template aimed at commercial or journal sites. This site is particularly focused to work in Firefox, compatibility with other browsers is not tested.

A grey-silver template with orange links. Looks very smooth, ideal for a forum, blog or personal site.

Ideal for a small corporate website, and this template would also make a good blog website.

Similar to the Ground Zero template, but in green colours. I think it looks nice, especially for this low price.

A metallic and kinda grungey style template. I like this one - it is dark greys with red and red/white links.

FREE :: Template - Solution

A darker blue and white template. This is aimed at small to medium corporate websites, and leaves room for your own logo if you have one.

FREE :: Template - iGroove

This is a pretty basic but commercial design. Looks like all those sort of teenager Pop Culture sites. Jamster anyone? It's also the site's first free product.

FREE :: Template - MMOnRPG

A cool template which would be ideal for many purposes. It could make a great game-coverage site or a proffesional-looking business site. This template utilises blue tones.

FREE :: Template - Blog Design

This is a nice design which I think is ideal for blogs and personal sites. Of course it can be used for any purpose.
